Not a member of the “core team”. A friends raid group that I was fortunate to play with part of has blown up. :( I still want to push three maybe four characters though high end content. I know I definitely am not pugging in Cataclysm as the current state of pugs is atrocious and I can’t imagine how bad/hard it will be in future content as no one is going to want to get saved because of a fail group.

I still love the game so I know I am not quiting but I also want to have some level of success without being an elitist, all while raiding more than two nights a week. 11/12 in ICC is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth :P A second or third guild 10 man group could be a possible answer but that would require a lot of planning and again you are at the mercy of ultra casual no shows or slow shows.

Because right now it seems only those three are there. The instance Portal is up for Firelands. I actually just checked now (Lunch break and all) So it could eaisily change. But right now I see only Twilight citidal (Grim batol is a 5 man. Turns out Twilight citidal is the name of the Grim batol raid), BWD and Skywall.

I know in the earlier official information Blizz said that they would have Firelands at release.

Regarding raids, we plan to continue to offer 10- and 25-player versions of our raid dungeons. We’re currently working on four raid dungeons for Cataclysm’s launch, and each will have optional, more challenging versions available for both 10- and 25-player raids.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they backpedaled though.

Currently I have seen 0 achives for Firelands. But right now there are achives on the beta for Grim batol, BWD, Skywall. So I am thinking that Firelands will be one of the later raids.
