The K-T legs are pretty close to the H-Gundrak legs in quality. Depends on where you are as far as hit caps go. And it depends on your ability to rep grind vs. heroic grind.

The benefit to rep gear is that it is a sure thing. You grind the rep, you get the loot. Some people have bad luck with the RNG and don’t want to run a heroic several times to get their gear. Also, solo players will be able to get rep gear from daily quests without running heroics.

Personally, I’m with you. I don’t expect that I’ll be using many of the Exalted reputation items, except the Dragonfriend Bracers and Boots of the Neverending Path if I get those reps up before I get Naxx drops.

If you want hit and expertise, I’d recommend switching rep gear for heroic drops.

The Mask of the Watcher (can’t link at work) drops in Heroic Oculus and not only has the expertise rating you get from the Kirin Tor legs, it also has the ridiculously rare meta-slot as a pre-raid piece.

Instead of the K-T pants, check out the Gored Hide Legguards from H-Gundrak. TONS of hit (+50) and +80ish to both agi and stam.

Good list, one thing though. Unholy Persuader(http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44241) is actually a terrible weapon for a combat rogue since it is an off-hand and way way too slow (Your off-hand weapon speed should never exceed 1.6, 1.8 at most for combat).
